Egg Sausage Breakfast Casserole

2 pounds hot Italian Sausage, browned (you can use mild if you prefer)
16 slices of bread, cut in half, diagonally
6 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 t. dry mustard (you can leave this out if it sounds yucky, but honestly, it gives it a tiny zing and no one will ever know)
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups grated chedder cheese
1 small can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

After cutting bread into half (triangle style), place into deep baking dish.
Mix eggs, 2 1/2 cup milk, salt, pepper, and dry mustard, pour over bread.
Put sausage on top, then spread on the cheese. Mix 1/2 can milk with mushroom soup, pour over top. Allow to soak for 1-24 hours. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
I usually make this the night before and then microwave it the next morning.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Agression Bars

1 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2/3 cup peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup grated cocoa nut
1t. baking soda
1t. vanilla
2 cups flour
3 cups quick oats
1 package chocolate chips
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter (creamy)
1/4 milk

Mix margarine, eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, 2/3 cup peanut butter, salt, baking soda, and vanilla.
Mix in flour.
With your hands, mix in the oats, walnuts, cocoa nut and mini chips.

Smash into 9X11 pan... and I mean SMASH it in there, get those agressions out!
Bake at 350 for 20 minuets, remove from oven.
Sprinkle on 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips, allow to melt.
While melting, mix 1/3 cup peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk with mixer. When chips are melted, pour on
the peanut butter/powdered sugar/milk mix, spread mixing melted chips and mixture.
Allow to cool... cut into bars.
Hide several for a chocolate fix that will be needed later.
